Backyard Fun

can I just say, I love it that Carson is so easily entertained by cheap activities.  we don't need a water park!  we just need his pool and a sprinkler!

Bear Lake

We went to Bear Lake this year for my family's yearly camp out.  It was so much fun! The weather was beautiful! The lake was a blast, but it was FREEZING! and overall we had a fun time.

We had a natural spring right in our campground that we hiked too.  Along the way we saw a herd of cows.  Carson just kept saying MOO MOO MOO

Carson LOVED the water!  It was nice because it was so shallow for about 1/2 mile out into the lake.  So he had lots of room to play.

This is at the Paris Ice Cave. It was pretty neat, Jake crawled his way into an even bigger part of the cave and then had to shimmy his way up a crack filled with snow and ice to get to the top.  

We also got to go to Minnetonka Cave.  It's basically a smaller version of the Timpanogos cave in UT. Carson thought all the rock formations were pretty cool.  He kept saying "oooohh" and "wow" it was really cute.

Father's Day

We had such a good Father's Day this year!  Carson and I brought Jake breakfast and his presents in bed, then after church we went to visit all the other Fathers in our lives.  We would like to let all of them know how important they are to us!

Fun Times

We finally found our camera!  we haven't taken many pictures over the last two months, but hopefully we will get better now that we're more settled.  

So far this summer has been wet and cold! but that hasn't stopped us from having fun outside!  here are some cute pictures of Carson

Carson LOVES this toy car my mom has.  We get together with the whole family often so he gets to play with his cousins.  this is his cousin Peter sitting on top while Carson aka "Speed Racer" is cruisin below

Rain wont stop us from riding bikes outside! :)

aah! Carson is too young to start this! :)  we went over to my friends house and they have a little girl about Carson's age.  He was riding her bike, and she wanted it back so she made him cry and then was giving him a kiss better, Carson joined right in!
